THE BIO MAT

A Bio Mat is a mat, like a yoga mat, except that it has an electrical outlet which heats it up. The mat is made of layers of natural material on the outside but on the inside there is a sheet of amethyst crystals. The mat contains a “truth window” which is a strip of clear plastic and you can see the purple amethyst crystals through the window in the strip. The natural cotton padding over the crystal layer makes it OK to lie on. It  is not uncomfortable even though technically you are lying on a“bed of rocks”. There are different settings on the mat from very weak heat to very high, up to 150 degrees. The higher heat settings must be used for shorter periods. Why use the Bio Mat? It is a wonderful healing tool that heats tissue much more evenly than heat from a sauna or from a regular electric heating pad. If you look at a thermal energy picture of a mammalian body after lying on the Bio Mat what you see is an even distribution of heat through the body. On a heating pad, the heat distribution is diffuse and scattered. The heat from the Bio Mat  also penetrates deeper than heat from a heating pad or sauna.

It penetrates 6-8 inches after about 20 minutes on high heat on the mat. That is pretty deep! What good is that? The gentle deep heat brings more blood and more oxygen to the tissue. It also has a very good effect on tumors. There are several testimonials about people who have healed themselves of all kinds of cancers by lying for one to two hours a day on the Bio Mat. It is not good to use the Bio Mat if you are in organ failure. That is not the time for it. But while there is still vitality, it is an excellent remedy.
